Ibrahim Dikko
Chairman

Mr. Dikko obtained his LL.M [Corporate & Commercial Law] degree from the Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London, England after obtaining his LL.B from the University of Buckingham, England. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990.

He has worked in a variety of roles and industries that span corporate finance, banking and information technology and telecommunications. He worked at Kenneth Michael & Co between 1991 and 1992 and was on the team responsible for setting up the first discount house in Nigeria and was chairman of the discount house from 2002 – 2012. He also worked as Executive Director in Resourcery Plc. from 2000 to 2007 and was Vice President (Regulatory & Corporate Affairs) with EMTS Ltd (trading as Etisalat Nigeria) until 2017.

He consults on regulatory compliance with a focus on competition regulation and has a keen focus on corporate governance.

Tosin Osunkoya

Tosin is the Chief Executive Officer of Comercio Partners Asset Management line of Comercio Partners Limited.

Tosin is a Co-Managing Partner and the CEO of Comercio Partners Asset Management. As the CEO of Comercio Partners Asset Management, he oversees the growing assets and portfolios of Institutional Investors, (Ultra) High-net worth and Mass Affluent Investors.

Tosin is a global financial market expert with diverse knowledge and skills not limited to global financial instruments but also identifying and exploiting investment opportunities for portfolio companies ultimately for wealth creation. In the last two decades he has dedicated his skills, knowledge, and experience in creating wealth for investors in the global financial instruments.

As a Serial Entrepreneur and a Venture Capitalist, Tosin leverages his unique skills in investment management and wealth creation to unlock the potentials in human capital in Africa.He creates platforms for creative minds to express their talents, he also functions as a coach and mentor to harness and unlock innate treasures for wealth creation in Africa.

As the former Deputy Chairman of the Derivatives Workgroup at the Financial Markets Dealers Association (FMDA) and a member of Investors, Issuers & Intermediaries Engagement/ Education Sub-Committee of the FMDQ OTC charged with the development of the Debt Capital Market, Tosin is widely involved in the development of the financial markets in Nigeria. He is also an ambassador of Teach for Nigeria; a non-profit organization saddled with the responsibility of improving the quality of education in Nigeria.

Nnamdi Nwizu
Executive Director

Nnamdi Nwizu, Co-Managing Partner/Founder at Comercio Partners as well as a member of the company’s executive management team. In this capacity, he leads the Trading division of the business where he is responsible for overseeing fixed income investments for individual and institutional investment management accounts. Nnamdi is a business leader and investment management expert with deep understanding of the fixed income and currency markets, asset allocation and investment processes. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and ACI Financial Markets Association. He serves on the Boards of Loan book Limited, a fast-growing payday loan firm and Peexoo Limited a revolutionary new platform for photographers powered by cutting edge AI technology.

Prior to assuming his current role, Nnamdi was Vice President and the Head of Fixed Income Trading for Citibank Nigeria and was responsible for the Markets’ team managing the bank’s Primary Dealership licenses for FGN Bonds and Treasury Bills.  He started his career in the Treasury Unit of Guaranty Trust Bank in Nigeria and rose to become the head of the bond trading team, and then moved to Zenith Capital (Investment Banking subsidiary of the Zenith Bank Group), as the pioneer member of the trading team, covering sovereign and corporate debt instruments. Subsequently, Nnamdi joined Mansard Investments where he was head of Trading and Portfolio Management, covering proprietary and clients’ investments.

Nnamdi has nearly two decades of experience in investments and financial services and is actively involved in market development activities and has served on various committees in the Financial Market Dealers Association, including the market development committee, arbitration committee and the credit lines committee. He also facilitates training on behalf of the Association.

He earned an MBA in Finance from the Manchester Business School and holds a degree in law from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Nnamdi is an ardent soccer fan and enjoys playing scrabble.

Stephen Osho
Executive Director

Stephen Osho is a Co-Managing Partner, Comercio Partners Limited, and is a member of the company’s executive management team where he oversees Financial Advisory. He is a member of the Nigerian Capital Market, a member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria (IOD), and a former deputy chair of the bond workgroup, Financial Markets Dealers Association (FMDA). Also, Stephen serves on the board of Avale Africa, a goodwill synergy platform designed for corporates and NGOs to champion causes in line with their social responsibility. The breadth of Stephen’s knowledge and operational experience with an international bank, building teams and culture, and growing businesses are hugely beneficial and enables him to contribute to the strategic direction and long-term sustainable success of Comercio Partners.

Prior to assuming his current role, Stephen was Head Interest Rate Products and Fixed Income Business. Previously, he served as Head Money Market & Credit Trading Desk. He joined the Legacy Stanbic Bank – a subsidiary of Standard Bank Group of South Africa, in 2002 and was responsible for trading and risk management activities covering a broad range of asset classes within the fixed income business. In the course of his career, he won the Euro money best Bond House for Stanbic IBTC as the best Liquidity provider in 2008.

Stephen has nearly two decades of extensive experience in banking and financial services. He is a passionate Change Management and Performance Advocate devoted to the notion that organizations must take a cautious drift from conventional methodology to foment change that merits attention. Active within the organization and community to drive diversity and inclusion, Stephen has facilitated several trainings for the Banks, FMDQ, FMDA, and other regulatory authorities like the Central Bank of Nigeria and Debt Management Office.

Stephen holds an MBA in Finance and sustainability from the University of Cumbria, U.K, a first degree in Applied Geophysics from the Federal University of Technology, Akure-Ondo State, and ACI Dealing Certificate.

Chike Obianwu
Non-Executive Director

Chike Obianwu is a Partner at the leading Nigerian law firm, Templars. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University College London and is admitted to practise in Nigeria and in England & Wales.

He was formerly joint deputy head of corporate finance & advisory and legal counsel at the leading Nigerian investment bank, Zenith Capital Limited.

His specializations are in the areas of Banking Law and Regulation, Financial Services and Financial Products, Private Equity & Corporate Finance, and Project & Infrastructure Finance.

He sits on the Legal and Regulatory Council of the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association, and is ranked as a leading lawyer by IFLR 1000 and by Chambers Global.
